Acceptance and scope
By booking or using Portal Anchorcore services, you accept these terms. Services are educational coaching on chart reading, breakout and pullback planning, and trade review. They are not investment advice, brokerage, fund management, tax advice, or a guarantee of results.
Client responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for trading decisions, account security, suitability, and losses. Do not send brokerage passwords, account numbers, or unnecessary financial information. You must provide lawful materials and attend prepared at the agreed time.
Fees, scheduling, and cancellation
Fees and inclusions are stated on the Rates page or in a written quote. Payment reserves a place. Rescheduling, cancellation, no-show, and refund rules are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual property
Portal Anchorcore retains copyright in original worksheets, annotations, session recordings, and teaching materials. A booking grants personal, non-transferable study use. You may not resell, publicly distribute, record without consent, or present the materials as your own. You retain rights in charts and notes you provide and grant us permission to use them solely to deliver the service.
Conduct and access
We may end a session for harassment, unlawful conduct, attempted solicitation of signals, or unsafe sharing of account credentials. Any refund will follow the Refund Policy and account for work already delivered.
Liability
Financial markets can produce rapid and total losses. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Portal Anchorcore is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker outages, market data errors, or indirect or consequential loss. Liability for a direct claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where law prohibits limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Taguig City will handle unresolved disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
