Controller and information collected
Portal Anchorcore, Level 10, 31 5th Avenue, Taguig 1634, is the controller for information handled through this site and coaching practice. We collect contact details, enquiry text, chosen session, scheduling correspondence, payment confirmation, and coaching materials you deliberately provide. Do not send account credentials, full brokerage statements, or government identifiers.
Why we use it
We use data to answer enquiries, assess coaching fit, schedule and deliver sessions, keep transaction records, prevent abuse, meet legal duties, and improve teaching. The legal basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, consent, or legitimate interests in operating a secure practice.
Sharing and international transfers
We may use limited providers for email, video meetings, file storage, invoicing, and website hosting. Providers receive only what their role requires and must protect it. Some may process data outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, we use contractual and operational safeguards consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and assess the destination and provider.
We do not sell personal data. Disclosure may occur where law requires it, to protect legal rights, or in a business transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards.
Retention and security
Unbooked enquiries are generally deleted after 12 months. Contract, invoice, and payment records may be kept for up to 10 years where tax or legal rules require. Session recordings, when agreed, are deleted after 30 days. Coaching charts and notes are normally removed within 12 months after the engagement unless a dispute requires longer retention.
We use access controls, limited permissions, and reasonable technical protections. No online transmission is risk-free.
Your rights
Subject to Philippine law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to the National Privacy Commission. We may verify identity and retain information where law permits or requires.
