Why Portal Anchorcore exists
The practice began with a recurring observation in trader review sessions: people could identify support and resistance after the fact, yet had no stable rule for what to do when price crossed a level. Entries came from urgency; exits came from discomfort.
Portal Anchorcore teaches a narrower craft. We study range boundaries, candle closes, displacement, volume, retest behaviour, invalidation, and review. The aim is not to predict every move. It is to make each decision traceable to evidence available at the time.
The coach
Lead coach Adrian Velasco has facilitated private and small-group chart study since 2019, working primarily with self-directed Philippine traders. His sessions emphasize annotated examples, scenario writing, and post-trade review. Portal Anchorcore does not manage money, execute orders, or sell signals.
Working principles
Context before pattern
The same candle formation means little without trend, location, nearby obstacles, and the path price took into the level.
Invalidation before entry
A trade idea is incomplete until the trader can state what market behaviour would disprove it and how much capital would be at risk.
Review without self-punishment
A loss is not automatically a bad decision, and a profit does not excuse a broken rule. We review process and outcome separately.
